Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Calvyra. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or charges at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contactcalvyra@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter promptly. Calvyra is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control, however we will always do our best to resolve any issues.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Calvyra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contactcalvyra@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactcalvyra@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence where possible. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
At this time, Calvyra ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.
